Nechako Basin, South Central British Columbia
Arcis and Geoscience BC have
partnered on an initiative to encourage new activity in the Intermontaine Basins
of British Columbia. This includes the signing of a definitive agreement in
which Geoscience BC has acquired the rights to seismic data from the Nechako
Basin acquired by Canadian Hunter Exploration in the early 1980s. Concurrent to
this announcement, Geoscience BC and Arcis are entering into an agreement
whereby Arcis will assume responsibility for reprocessing, marketing and
management of the seismic data.
Reprocessing of the data has
commenced and to date significant improvement in subsurface imaging has been
recognized. If you would like details of the current proposal and future plans

Deep Basin (Triple Pacer)

re-processed (2005) seismic data within the deep basin area of
Alberta (T33-57, R3-27, W5), totaling 3,475.93 km and 141 lines.
Dramatic differences can be seen for both deep and shallow targets; due to advances in Processing technology.
